This position represents exciting opportunity for you to join a progressive mining company that has excellent growth potential and has the prospect of becoming a significant international mining group. You will be given the responsibility to mange the drill program as well as expand your supervision and management skills through mentoring a small team of Geological Technicians.
The Role:
- Head up a strong Mine Geology team at working various mines in the area
- Supervision of ore mining and grade control activities
- Lead the Project Geology team with drilling activities
- 5+ years geological experience
- Degree qualification in geological science
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- Recent exposure to standard geological database packages and data interpretation and reporting skills
