An international mining company is seeking a Technical Services Manager to step in and lead a team of 15+ mining professionals at one of Australia's most sought after underground coal mine.
This is the next level up, whether you are a Senior Mining Engineer working on a large Underground Coal mine or a Technical Services Manager/Superintendent working on a smaller operation, this role is one that will take your career to the next level.
You will be required to be based residentially in the Bowen Basin on a 5/2 roster and you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring optimal production targets are achieved
- Maintaining a focus on health and safety, environmental protection and profit
- Identifying and implementing operational improvement strategies
- Resolving technical issues
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $180k -$200k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
