This is an excellent opportunity to manage an engineering division of 3-4 staff for a international civil construction organisation.
Reporting in to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of estimation for small to major civil and/or mining projects. This will include corporate client liaisons, completing analytical tasks and being the head negotiator and point of contact during the pre-tender stages of any given project.

You will need the following:
- Excellent negotiating skills and experience
- The ability to establish good relationships with new and existing clients
- A minimum of seven years experience as an estimator
- A good understanding of site operations prior to estimating
