A rare Brisbane role for a Mechanical Engineer coming from an Underground Coal mine, to move form the coal field and oversee a new coal mining venture. This role will offer you;

Essentials for this roles are;
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer working in a underground coal mine
- Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- More that 8 years experience, at least 3 in a Senior role.
- Oversee and direct the execution of the construction phase, equipment supply and production stages
- Develop and implement strategics to optimise the new mining operation through technical expertise and engineering.
- Contractor management & budgeting
- Ensuring compliance of contractors & consultants to meet statutory requirements
