International gold producer operating multiple mines require a Senior Exploration Geologist to join their rapidly expanding team. This will be a highly varied hands on role contributing to the discovery of new mines in the area.
To be considered for this position you will require:
- Tertiary qualification in mining geology or related discipline
- 5 years + exploration geology experience.
- Strong exploration and mineral identification expertise.
- Generating targets.
- Evaluating prospects.
- Interpreting data and assisting in development and implementation of resource modelling strategies.
- Resource modelling
- Planning drilling programmes.
- Gold experience preferred.
- Experience of diamond drilling.
- Must have previous Australian experience
Salaries will be in the vicinity of $120,000 - $160,000 + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for those with exceptional skills.
