You will ideally be degree qualified with a minimum of 7 years experience as an electrical engineer working on a variety of building services projects. RPEQ accreditation would be preferable.
Salary depends on experience, but will be in the region of $90 - 120K +benefits+. Salaries outside this range are available for those with more or outstanding experience.
