As a senior civil designer you will work on a variety of residential, commercial and industrial developments. Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Design of land developments and sub-divisions
- Client liaison
- Dealing with local authorities
- Supervising projects
You will ideally have between 5 - 10 years experience as a civil designer working on a variety of urban development related projects. As this is a senior role you will also require good leadership and people skills.
Salary depends on experience but will be in the region of $70 - 95K +benefits+. Salaries outside this range would be available for those with more or outstanding experience.
