If you're an experienced Project Manager looking to join a leading contracting company, working in coastal city, this is the next step in your career. You will be joining an industry leader, specialising in water infrastructure projects. Based in Mackay, you will be involved in the construction of water and sewerage treatment plants.
You will be responsible for seeing out the whole project process, from the initial design stages, through to the procurement, construction and to the delivery and handover of the project.
The ideal candidate will need the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an engineering or construction discipline
- Ideally 10 years management experience in water infrastructure projects
- Experience in managing resources including specialist support services and external contract providers
- Experience in budgeting and planning
- Experience in risk management
- Experience in contract negotiations
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $135k - $150k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
