Skye require an experienced Mine Superintendent to work within an international organisation who have multiple operations across the globe and are expanding rapidly in WA.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager you will oversee all aspects of operations within the mine and all associated facilities and infrastructure
This role offers fast career progression, the predecessor was promoted in just under 12months and they are now entering an exciting expansion phase in exploration and production.
The main focus of this role will be bring there new site back into production and oversee this operation.
Duties will include:
You will be responsible for mine planning, reviewing drill and blast designs, and managing a small team of engineers. You will benefit from the flat management structure and autonomy that the site offers.
To be considered for this position, you will require:
Tertiary Mining Engineering qualifications
WA QM Cert highly desirable
5+ years experience in open cut mining operations
Strong safety and efficiency focus
Strong management and interpersonal skills
You must be an Australian resident, hold a valid visa or permanent residency
You must have Previous Australian Experience
