One of the worlds most successful mining company's is in the search for an Open Pit Mine Surveyor to step into the technical services department in one of their open pit Queensland mines.
In this role you will be based residentially in Mount Isa, and you will be reporting to the Engineering Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
- Set-outs of drill and blast patterns
- Set-out pegs for excavation and waste dump limits
- Survey of mine excavations
- Monitoring infrastructure and ground movement
Salary depends on experience, but will be in the region of $90K - 110K + benefits. Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience.
