An opportunity is available to join a Melbourne based oil exploration and development company as a Geophysicist. The position will be an opportunity to work autonomously, using your strong background in mapping and knowledge of interpretation software. As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Have tertiary qualifications in Geophysics
- Minimum 5 years experience within the oil & gas industry
- Technical and commercial assessment of projects, as well as report writing skills
- Prospect mapping experience from seismic data
Salary will range between $110,000- $140,000, with salaries outside this available for individuals with exception skills and experience.
