Currently in Perth there has been a large spike in work for many of the environmental divisions within large and small consultancies.
There are excellent roles available for environmental scientists at all levels including:
- Botany
- Contaminated land
- Environmental impact assessments
- Revegetation and rehabilitation
- Project management
- Approvals
- Waste management
These roles are at international or specialist environmental consultancies in the Perth area. They provide benefits such as bonus schemes, car parking, relocation, medical insurance, share schemes and many others.
You will be working on a range of different projects ranging from mining, oil & gas, infrastructure or land development. The choice is up to you.
Prospective scientists will need:
- A relevant environmental science degree
- Australian permanent residency
- 2+ years experience in consultancy
Salaries will be in the range of $70-150k + plus benefits.
