A leading civil contractor needs an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join their large infrastructure project in far North QLD. You will be joining a recently established project team, and will be reporting directly to the Construction Manager.
You will be responsible for supervising all the earthworks and civil components of the project. You will need to ensure team is successfully working on schedule, taking into account health and safety considerations, budgetary constraints, and providing advise and assistance when required.
You will need to have previously spent a minimum of 3 years experience in an Earthworks Supervisor role. Ideally, the majority of your experience being gained from a large civil project.
Salaries will be commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $100k - $120k + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for people with exceptional skills.
