- Working as the conduit between the operations and production team.
- Strong focus on leadership and guidance.
- Track record in drilling and completions project management.
- Experience in handling contractors and service companies inclusive of tenders and pricing.
- Fully competent with safe working practices.
- Hands on technical support to the other team managers in the business.
Candidate will have at least 10-15 years in a senior drilling role in an upstream oil and gas operator and the relevant tertiary qualification.
