You will have 3-5+ years experience working as a Civil Drafter using AutoCAD. One who holds 12 D experience will be highly revered, however this is not essential to the role.
Salary depends on experience but will be in the ballpark of $60000-80000k+ plus benefits. Salaries outside that range are available for those with more or outstanding experience.
